- We will create a table in the main hall for recruiting.
- We will create flyers, possibly with a QR code to the website, of a questionaire to sign up
- We will create posters for marketing purposes

- Guest speakers from PhD students and their research (will send some links – reach as many as possible)
- Visual report to promote
- Perhaps between May and June after we get more people interested in the topic
- Next meetings
- need to take photos of everyone for the website
- Meeting to get know one another better perhaps over lunch or dinner, maybe on the weekend
- Ask people from media and recruitment departments so that we have a team
