- Coordinates with external vendors and service providers.
- Organizes any necessary materials and resources for events and organizational activities.
- Coordinates with facility management to ensure suitable venues for events and meetings, including any technical requirements.
- Oversees the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Vice President of Communications:
- Facilitates the day-to-day operations of the scientific research circle.
- Handles internal and external communication for the organization.
- Manages public relations and ensures effective communication with members and external stakeholders.
